These Terms apply to all orders placed with Wyld Wishes Canvas Studio. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our AI Transformation & Copyright Policy.

Customer Photos & Ownership
By uploading photos, you confirm that you own them or have permission from the copyright owner and from anyone pictured to use them. You agree to take full responsibility for any claims arising from the photos you provide, and to indemnify and hold harmless Wyld Wishes Canvas Studio from any claims, damages, or legal costs related to copyright, trademark, or privacy violations involving your uploaded content. We reserve the right to refuse any order we believe may violate someone’s rights.

Prohibited Content
We do not accept or print photos containing nudity, sexually explicit or suggestive material, graphic violence, illegal activity, or hate symbols. We may refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, and orders cancelled for prohibited content are not eligible for a refund of any design work already completed.

Artistic Interpretation & AI-Generated Results
Custom styles and transformations are artistic interpretations of your photos. Results, including facial likeness, details, and backgrounds, may vary from your description or expectations. The final quality depends on the quality and resolution of the photos you provide. We will make reasonable efforts to match your vision but cannot guarantee a specific outcome.

Proofs & Revisions
Every order includes 2–3 digital proofs, sent by email within 1–2 business days, and one (1) free revision. Additional revisions are $14.99 each and are billed by invoice before work begins. To get the most out of each revision, please send all requested changes in a single reply. Please review and approve your proof within 48 hours. Production begins only after you approve your proof and typically takes 2–3 business days, followed by 5–7 business days for shipping. Approved designs can’t be changed after printing starts.

Color & Appearance
Colors on screens vary by device and may not exactly match the printed canvas. Minor differences in color, texture, and cropping (including image area wrapped around the edges) are normal and are not considered defects.

Custom Orders, Returns & Refunds
Because every item is made to order, all sales are final once you approve your proof. We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect if you contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Shipping
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, see our Shipping and Refund policies for how we’ll make it right.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wyld Wishes Canvas Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
